El estudio destaca el papel fundamental de la vitamina B12 y donde se encuentra.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales alimentos que son fuente de vitamina B12 franceses son los despojos (20.1%), la carne (15,9%), el pescado (14,4%), el queso (7%) y las aves de corral (5%).<\/p>\n<p>La vitamina B12, Conocida tambi\u00e9n como cobalamina, es esencial para la s\u00edntesis de la hemoglobina y la formaci\u00f3n de los gl\u00f3bulos rojos, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n para el buen estado del sistema nervioso. La vitamina B12 tambi\u00e9n se encarga del metabolismo de un amino\u00e1cido potencialmente peligroso para el sistema cardiovascular, la homociste\u00edna. La vitamina B12 activa la conversi\u00f3n de la homociste\u00edna en otro amino\u00e1cido llamado metionina, contribuyendo a evitar las enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque s\u00f3lo es necesaria para el organismo s\u00f3lo en peque\u00f1as cantidades, cumple funciones muy importantes, como las indicadas anteriormente, adem\u00e1s de participar en el metabolismo de grasas y en la s\u00edntesis del amino\u00e1cido metionina (esencial para la formaci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas).<\/p>\n<p>Un grupo que se encuentra en riesgo permanente de carencia de Vitamina B12 son los vegetarianos totales o veganos.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La vitamina B12 es esencial, entre otras cosas, para el buen estado del sistema nervioso.
